In a large salad bowl combine mayo, yogurt, vinegar, honey, sriracha, lime juice, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Add the shredded veggies, jalapeño and cilantro. Toss the veggies until well combined with the sauce. Taste and adjust to suit your taste. Wait for about 5 minutes before you feel the need to add more mayo, the cabbage will soften a little. If you still feel it needs more richness add a little more mayo. Serve!
Notes
If you're not up to shredding cabbages and carrot, buy a bag of coleslaw premix about 17-18 oz. It works just fine.
