cilantro, about 2 cups
bottom trimmed and chopped

green chilies, use as many or as little to suit your heat preference

ground cumin

plump date or one tablespoon raisin or ½ tsp sugar
salt to taste

fresh lemon or lime juice

plain yogurt or raw cashews
if using cashews soak for 30 minutes in water
water as needed to blend
Instructions
Place all the ingredient in a high-speed food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning and lemon juice as needed.
