- Soak the chia seeds with milk and place it in the fridge overnight. Slice half a banana. Freeze overnight.Â
- Next morning, blend the soaked chia seeds, frozen berries, frozen banana, ginger, lemon zest. If needed add a scoop of protein powder and a little extra milk.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and dig in asap!

Equipment
- Food Processor
- freezer/ fridge
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds heaped
- 3 oz frozen mixed berries
- ½ cup Plant milk of your choice more as needed
- ½ medium banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp zested lemon
Toppings
- sliced fruit
- Chopped nuts
- flaxseeds
- toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Slice the banana, then place the slices in a freezer safe bowl or jar. Freeze the fruit overnight in the freezer.
- In a jar or bowl stir the chia seeds with half the milk and place it in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, add the chia mixture, frozen berries, frozen banana, lemon zest, ginger and the remaining milk to a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Add toppings as needed. Eat right away.
