1tbspfish sauce or soy sauce or ½ teaspoon sea salt
2tbsplime juice or rice vinegar
water as needed to thin out
Instructions
Place the coconut milk and all the ingredients except for lime juice or vinegar in a saucepan over medium low heat.
Stir to combine and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring every now and then. Adjust the consistency with water – it should be a pourable but a thick sauce.
Stir in the lime juice well. Serve!

Make the sauce to suit your taste by adjusting any ingredient.
