4slicesreally good quality rustic/wholegrain/seeded artisanal bread
Blueberry Toast
1-2tbspalmond or other nut butter
¼cupfresh blueberries, sliced if needed
1smallsprig thyme
pinch of black pepper
Strawberry Toast
2tbspvegan or regular ricotta or Greek yogurt or lebneh
½ cupfresh strawberries, sliced
1tbspbalsamic reduction
2-3fresh basil leaves
Peach Toast
2tbspsgorgonzola, crumbled or any blue cheese of your choice
½ peach, sliced and grilled
1teaspoonchia seeds
Cherry Toast
½cupcherries, pitted and sliced
2tablespoonsfresh goat cheese, lightly whipped
¼teaspoonlocal floral honey, optional
1smallsprig thyme leaves
Instructions
Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
Spread the cheese or nut butter as recommended for each toast or you can mix-n-match, I found the recommend fruit to spread paired really well. Grill the peach and slice the other fruits.
