There are so many version of this Uber popular Mexican dip. I’m posting our favorite Friday night dip. This recipe is extremely simple with just a few ingredients, I don’t add tomatoes or cheese. It tastes watered down to me, feel free to add them if it tastes right to you.
Heres how
Start by mincing 1 small white onion. Add it to a mixing bowl. Then add a handful of finely chopped cilantro. Juice from 1 whole lime. Sea salt to taste. Then scoop, pit and add 3-4 large Hass avocados. Mash everything with your clean hand keeping some small lumps for texture. And then I use Mexican habanero sauce or add 1/2-1 jalepeno deseeded and finely minced . Start by adding 1/2 teaspoon go up as much heat as you want. Now use a spoon to mix you don’t want to use hands once the hot stuff is added. Taste and adjust what’s needed.
Voila! You’ve made yourself a delicious guacamole for all your snacking needs with tortilla chips . Also great with tacos, burritos bowls, Mexican salads, Mexican rice, on toasts, you get the idea.
