A hearty latte with the wholesome goodness of walnuts and adaptogens, this latte can be served hot or cold. Enjoy!


INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup brewed coffee or herbal coffee of your choice
- Sweetener of your choice 1 date or 1 tsp pure maple syrup, or to taste
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tsp pine pollen powder
DIRECTIONS
- Start by warming the milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Don’t worry if it separates or curdle, it will be blended up in just a minute.
- Once warm, transfer to a blender along with the hot coffee, hazelnut butter, sweetener and adaptogens. Blend at high-speed until smooth and foamy. Taste and adjust for sweetness if needed.
- Pour in a mug and enjoy immediately
