I love a good green juice, it just makes you feel so alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Normally I prefer blending my greens into a smoothie, green smoothies are wholesome and retain all the fiber. Juice is extracted hence has no fiber, they do have a good concentration of nutrients because a lot more produce is needed to make juice, which also means if you&#8217;re using more fruit one is getting a lot more sugar. Sure fruit is natural, but sugar is sugar. For this reason I prefer fresh green produce. This juice is packed with loads of nutrients and has a bright earthy taste from grassy kale, zesty lemon plus hydrating cucumbers. If you enjoy juice and don&#8217;t want to pay a fortune at a juice bar try this recipe.
