When I moved out of India some 3 decades ago (I know I sound ancient) I was used to cooked greens, never raw greens like spinach kale etc. Once I tasted a really good green smoothie and I never stopped. This is my favorite blend. I drink 4-5 smoothies a week specially in the warmer months. This blend changed my life, I&#8217;ve noticed my skin texture improve, gut health balanced, peak energy levels and so much more. Leafy greens are packed with tons of vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, free racial scavenging antioxidants, and importantly delicious. Starting with greens and water first. .<\/span><\/li><li>Blend all the ingredients until combined.<\/li><li>Add in the ice and pulse the blender a few times.
