I love to add a few fruits to my salad, it adds sweetness and an unexpected surprise.<\/p>\n<p>You can really use any combination of produce, just make the salad dressing. It&#8217;s slightly sweet from the strawberries, creamy, vinegary and delicious. Use any number and however much you like<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what you will need<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups shredded red cabbage<\/li>\n<li>2 cups shredded green cabbage<\/li>\n<li>Handful of heirloom baby tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>Handful of small radishes sliced or 1-2 medium chioggio radishes<\/li>\n<li>1 mango cheeks or any summer tree fruit like peach\/ nectarine\/ plum\/apricots sliced<\/li>\n<li>Handful of greens like baby spinach\/ baby kale\/ baby field greens or watercress<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cups mixed berries and cherries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For dressing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tablespoons sesame paste\/ tahini<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 cup hulled and washed strawberries about 4-5 small to medium<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoon cold pressed extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 small clove garlic<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>1-3 tablespoons water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prepare all the ingredients. Place them in a serving bowl.<br \/>\nTo make the dressing; place all the ingredients in a small food processor and blend till smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust as needed.<br \/>\nRight before eating pour over the salad.
