Rich in veggies, pulses, whole grains, a little cheese, fish or poultry with olive oil, lemons, herbs and a few key spices, it elevate a simple dish to an extraordinary meal. This salad is just that, a common table salad eaten all over Greece everyday. Serve it with falafels, grilled fish or chicken, roasted chickpeas or simply some torn warm pitas, it goes with everything. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Greek Horiatiki Salad, SERVES 4-6 as a side or appetizer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8 Campari tomatoes or 2-3 large\u00a0beefsteak\u00a0tomatoes,\u00a0cubed\u00a0<\/li><li>4\u00a0organic Persian cucumbers or one whole English cucumber\u00a0, cubed<\/li><li>\u00bd small red onion\u00a0sliced or chopped<\/li><li>1 medium red bell pepper or green.
