Here is the recipe.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Balela Chickpeas Salad<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><em>1 can organic chickpeas and 1 can black beans rinsed and drained very well &amp; patted dry<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 cup baby tomatoes <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 cup diced cucumber <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 cup washed and chopped parsley+ cilantro mix<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/2 small red onion chopped or 3 spring onions<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Juice of 1 lemon<\/em><\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic mashed<\/li>\n<li><em>2 tbsp<a class=\"zqllvyzubw\" title=\"Click to Continue &gt; by MediPlayer2.8\" href=\"#\"> your<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"10\" width=\"10\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cdncache-a.akamaihd.net\/items\/it\/img\/arrow-10x10.png?resize=10%2C10\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a> best extra virgin olive oil (skip if you want it fat-free)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Salt and pepper to taste<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/2 tsp ground cumin<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix all the ingredients for the salad dressing and let it rest while you prepare the salad ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the beans, veggies and herbs in a bowl and pour the salad dressing. Let it sit for about 30 mins-an hour so the flavors absorb.
